Matthew is a Tucson-based clean-tech entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, project development, global EPC partnerships, business process design and implementation, and international economics in both the public and private sectors. His track record spans a range of industries, including: Renewable Energy, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Mining, Chemicals, and Financial Services. Through his work experience, Matthew has developed a keen ability to evaluate and solve complex project development situations and establish creative and effective business models and technical solutions.
Over the past 25 years Kelly has led the development, engineering, construction and operations of over 8,000 MW of power generation, major transmission lines, pipelines and infrastructure assets in both developed and emerging markets. Prior to co-founding Grannus, Kelly was a senior executive at leading global energy companies leading the development, construction, and operations of utility scale waste to energy, biomass, solar, wind, combined cycle gas turbine, and clean coal. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School and proudly served as a United States Navy submariner with service and citations during Desert Storm.
Corey has over 30 years of corporate management experience and has held President/CEO or Director positions in over 20 high-growth, high-tech companies from startups to publicly held companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, managing global operations and expanding product lines. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Oregon State University, where he graduated with Highest Honors.
Nancy has over 30 years of experience in the development and financing of large-scale energy and other infrastructure projects globally. She’s experienced in all aspects of project development and finance including joint venture arrangements and project company structures; power sales; fuel arrangements; transmission and interconnection agreements; construction contracts; operations, maintenance and management agreements; and asset acquisitions and divestitures.
Joe Borg is a Professional Chemical Engineer whose expertise in the design and construction of modular chemical plants is well known throughout the industry. His area of focus in recent years has been the design of hydrogen and syngas plants as well as their downstream products including methanol, ammonia, and GTL Plants. Most recently Borg was working on the development of renewable fuels in association with the leading technology providers including green hydrogen production from biogas.
